Grappler BB Type C rods are built from Full Carbon blanks utilizing Shimano’s exclusive Hi-Power X technology. This reduces blank twisting when put under extreme force, either during casting or when fighting powerful fish. The benefit is a more direct transfer of power for increased casting range and improved casting accuracy, enabling you to isolate and cast at individual fish in clear shallow tropical waters. Remarkably light in weight, when asked to perform the Grappler BB bends right through to the handle, with an almost parabolic action, producing huge amounts of pulling power. Fitted with high quality stainless steel Fuji K-Type guides and a strong Fuji DPS reel seat, the full EVA handle is fitted with a rubber end piece for increased fish-playing comfort.
