Shimano Twin Power XD is a new series of strong, reliable, and durable reels designed specifically for extreme saltwater fishing. The abbreviation XD in the name stands for Extreme Durability. According to the manufacturer, the strength of the Twin Power XD the main pair corresponds to the usual Twin Power taken one size larger.
